Timberline Construction builds custom homes and large-scale renovations throughout the Lake Tahoe–Truckee region, with active projects in communities including Tahoe Donner, Donner Lake, Incline Village, Pine Forest, Lahontan and Carnelian Bay.

Our work spans ground-up custom homes, major remodels and additions, and construction management. More than 30 completed and active projects are represented in our portfolio.

Clear communication and partnership are priorities from pre-construction through warranty. Our team uses Co-Construct for collaboration and stays responsive after move-in to complete punch-list and warranty items.
